When Alessandro moved to Australia with no English, his main way of making people smile was through his cooking. This sparked the idea of bringing simple but delicious Italian food to markets around Sydney. Although he started small, The Gnocchi Way has now grown into a well renowned mobile food business, participating in many big and small events. With recently expanding to private catering, we hope to spread more smiles all around NSW, Australia.
