For Gianluca, food is life. Growing up in a traditional Italian family, the kitchen was where love and memories were made. Learning from his mother and grandmother, he discovered early on that food was his passion and a way to connect with people.
Gianluca pursued culinary arts and gained experience across Italy and around the world, working in England, Holland, Canada, and finally Australia—a place he now calls home.
At The Gnocchi Way, Gianluca pours his heart into every dish, sharing authentic Italian food to bring people together. Behind the scenes, Katy keeps things running smoothly and supporting Gianluca’s mission to deliver unforgettable food and experiences.
